貨品將會用本店選用的快運公司運送，顧客可選中通提貨點提貨或上門送貨，不包括任何額外服務收費，例如住宅派送、偏遠地區派送等等。一般會一至四工作天發貨，快運會需要一至三天工作天送達，海外需要三至十日送達。

顏色
所有相片有用修圖軟件調節過，而不同的螢光幕會將顏色表現得有點不同，主要是因為不同的設定。無論拍攝時的燈光、修圖時的螢幕設定、修圖後狀態及觀賞時螢幕設定，也會對相片的顏色有不同程度的影響，因此顧客在相片中所看見的顏色都可能會與實物有輕微差別。
質料與材料
因部份產品所用的材料關系，令每件貨品有點不一樣，如木材、黃銅、陶瓷等等的材料。木材及陶瓷會有不同深淺的顏色各不同的紋理。黃銅會有它的獨特性，有些產品是特別獎黃銅部份造成老舊感覺，是它的特色，並非次品。
Colour
All the photos are retouched by software and various types of computers and monitors demonstrate same pictures slightly different due to different settings. Apart from computer settings of customers, lighting settings of taking photos, computer settings of the photographer for retouching and the result of the retouch affect the colour of photos. Therefore, the actual colour of the products and the photos may have differences.
Texture and Material
Part of the products may have different colour depth and texture because of their material such as wood, brass and ceramic. For wood and ceramic, their products may have different depth of colours and texture. For brass, their products have unique character, some of them look like antique in purpose but not damage.
